Packages are shipped by UPS and will be shipped within one to two business days. For a package to
arrive by a specific date, you MUST select UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day. Shipping costs
will be calculated by calculator at checkout according to weight and distance.
Trucking Company Policies:
1) When receiving a shipment, count all items and make sure it matches quantity on bill of lading
before signing. If there is a shortage, note it on the bill of lading before signing.
2) Make certain all items and boxes are intact and in good condition. Note any damage on the
bill of lading before signing.
ALSO: If you are receiving a TABLE on this order, you must OPEN THE BOXES and INSPECT ALL
TABLES prior to signing and you must note any damage on the bill of lading.
3) Any trucking companies used per customer's request, shipper is not responsible for freight,
freight discount, or merchandise once it has been picked up by freight company. Any damage or
shortages in such instances, it is the customers responsibility to file claims.
